Since being licensed in 1987 I have earned a number of top real estate awards including Sussex’s Top 10 award. My marketing strategy has mainly been based on word of mouth and referrals from friends and clients. My motto is honesty, integrity and hard work – serving clients the old fashion way.
I was brought up on the North Shore and continue to live here, hence my entitlement to be called a “North Shore Specialist”. I am intimately familiar with real estate on the north shore and make a point of ensuring my clients are well informed as to every aspect of the transaction before moving forward and knowing they are happy with their decision is my signature as having my clients come back again and again over the years is very rewardingI have coached kids’ baseball and soccer teams over the years and served as vice-president of the board of Seymour Art Gallery. I am an active sportsman enjoying mountain biking, sailing, skiing, baseball and hiking.
DIANNA LUND
I was commissioned as a Notary Public in 1989 and prior to that was a corporate/conveyancing legal assistant for various law firms for 10 years which included for a short period co-ordinating the North Shore legal aid program. Since becoming a Notary Public I have furthered my education by participating in a mediation practicum through the BC Dispute Resolution Practicum Society which included provincial court mediations as well as attended and completed a Family Law Mediation program sponsored by the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC. Lastly, In February, 2012 I also become licensed as a real estate representative. Since over 80% of my notary practice over the past several years has involved real estate transactions, it seemed to me to make sense that I should obtain my licence to become a real estate representative. So I did.
Dave and I sincerely believe that our combined knowledge of the real estate industry is unique and can only bode well for clients who can now satisfy both the legal aspects of buying or selling a home and the seeking of buyers or sellers at the same time.
